Terrible customer service

The whole family went to spend the weekend with half board. The accommodation and cleanliness were good, without any complaints in that regard.
However, the staff's service was very poor, especially the waiter's, whose treatment was unprofessional and unpleasant. He addressed us in a rude manner, shouting and with evident contempt. His attitude was very far from the politeness, respect and kindness that are expected in an establishment facing the public.
We will not return and, certainly, we would not recommend it to those who value correct and professional customer service

Very poor care

The bartender who attended us, an absolute rude and unfriendly. It's a pity that a place like this has someone tending to it so unprofessional and so unpleasant. The waitress a love, very attentive, friendly and pleasant

Bad experience

Food and bad service. The food on the menu of the day very battle... the worst pasta I have ever eaten... and the attention even worse than pasta, not to return. The waitress should consider facing the public... If you go to the Bath, you better eat somewhere else.

The food is very basic and not of very high quality finishes the spoon dish and they do not put another one in substitution leaves much to be desired .........................................................................................................................♂️♂️...................................................................................

Poor care

Fatal the attention of the waitress, angry-faced at all times, at coffee time I pass asking some, since we were a large group at the table, and others we did not ask and when we told her that we had not asked l9 what she did was get angry and voices, really the attention leaves much to be desired, they do not care the customers do not care how to treat people badly.
