The charm of the spa in Caldas de Luna

The spa is located in a spectacular setting. The treatment from the people working there is very friendly. We have been on a trip with IMSERSO and it is highly recommended in every way. This is my first experience at a spa, and I would love to repeat it.

Spectacular site

For me it was the second time with the Immersed with several friends, site surrounded by stunning mountains very suitable for hiking trails, the staff of the spa very polite, close and friendly, the super clean and comfortable rooms, homemade and varied meals, you feel like family, the thermal baths varied and very well run by Giselle. Thank you to the staff of Manuela and Maria restaurant who from the first day knew our tastes and the chef Tino a great professional. Equally grateful to Judith, Katia and Fran. Determined to come back. Fully recommended.

Deplorable attention.

My partner and I have been trying to see the facilities, and the reception was terrible, so I will not step foot in that establishment again.

What I like most, is the environment, nature, stunning.

I liked the situation of the Spa, in the middle of nature. It is almost necessary to take a car, for excursions throughout the Moon and Baba area.
Otherwise all good, friendly reception staff, very nice and attentive dining staff. Good food, homemade, well cooked.
The part of the spa, very well directed and nice bathrooms.
So I'll gladly try to come back.

A nursing home, you pay for things and then you go without doing them. I don't recommend it.

Deplorable, a scam, old thought for the insert is not recommended. You pay something and then it's not what you paid for, don't go.
