Apartment to consider

Very cozy apartment. Very clean and everything spotless. The super friendly responsible and facilitator. The only but is that we spent quite hot in the room as there was no air conditioning, only an air tower. The location is excellent, close to the wet, surrounded by restaurants and with a parking 2 minutes away.

Non mi sento di consigliarlo, se non per la posizione strategica!

Devo separare la recensione e fare una media. Il palazzo è centralissimo e ristrutturato sia esternamente che internamente, quindi il voto per questo è alto, ci sono però delle cose che devono necessariamente essere migliorate per offrire un alloggio senza fastidi. A noi ha dato complicazioni il troppo automatismo, senza chiavi, codice ingresso ok, ma primi problemi per aprire la camera, dopo tanti tentativi si è aperta. Secondo problema apertura da dentro la camera, siamo rimasti bliccati, il che è moooolto pericoloso se succede qualcosa. Leggete attentamente le istruzioni per aprire la stanza dall interno. Camera carina ma con letto attaccato al muro per mancanza di spazio preso dal bagno con vetrata (per cui se volete intimità mentre siete in bagno evitate!!). Dotazioni minime, 2 cialde di caffelatte, proprio contate. Sarebbe stato carino trovare qualche tisana, tè e cialda in più di caffè, non caffelatte, non tutti lo bevono!! Non posso non rilevare la rumorosità della stanza, si sente tutto il casino di fuori sia la notte che la mattina quando riaprono i locali, si deve avere sonno pesante! Altra nota dolente il parcheggio, zero convenzioni con quello vicino, neanche 1 euro di sconto.

GENIAL

Lo buscamos por ir con nuestra perrita y por céntrico, y tenía ambas cosas. Y gusto. y sencillez. Y con parquin a 30 metros. Y con facilidades y mucha confianza por parte del gerente, al que ni siquiera llegamos a ver. Con una clave accedes al hotel y con otra a la habitación. muy nuevo muy moderno muy céntrico y muy limpio. Pequeñito pero perfecto. totalmente en el centro pero sin el bullicio del centro.

Fabuloso

Gran experiencia en este alojamiento.
Está en el centro de León ideal para visitar esta preciosa ciudad
El apartamento está súper limpio, nuevo, con un baño totalmente equipado así como el resto del apartamento. Ropa de cama y de baño de calidad, buenísima insonorización, no se oye nada aunque estás en una plaza muy concurrida. Hemos ido con nuestra perrita y ha sido bienvenida.
Javier muy amable y cercano antes y durante la estancia.
Fabuloso lugar y muy muy recomendable.

Bueno de verdad

Llegamos con algo de duda, pero nos encantó. Un hotel pequeño, acogedor y moderno. Entras con una clave de acceso que ellos te proporcionan y a las 3 pm exactas se activa el mismo. Camas cómodas y baño con todas las comodidades. Una pequeña kitchenaid, wifi y tv por cable. Lo repetiremos sin duda.
