Great, very comfortable.
This hotel was a very good experience, I loved the customer service, food, rooms, views, and location. I would definitely stay again without a doubt. Thanks for everything, I loved this stay, and what I liked most was that they welcomed us at the entrance with some delicious chocolate cookies, a fantastic touch.

Lovely hotel
Stayed with my family in April 2026. Stayed in a beautiful villa type of room with balcony overlooking the pool . Grounds were immaculate . Pool water was freezing so we didn’t swim but can imagine it’s lovely in summer time . Indoor pool was lovely & the kids loved it . Great padel courts and reasonable prices . Lovely supermarket 3 min walk to the right as you walk out of hotel . Breakfast buffet was great with everything you need and live egg station . Staff at reception were very helpful . We took the fun train to the shopping mall and promenade . The timetable is across the road on lamp post. It’s a lovely neighbourhood . Was worried there would be no kids around but there was a good mix of families , golfing buddies and couples . Only thing I would suggest is ban topless bathing . I don’t think it’s appropriate and should be done on your private balcony . It’s not an adult only hotel . I would recommended this hotel for sure

Family hotel
Our experience at this hotel was 5-star. Very comfortable rooms, delicious food, impeccable cleanliness, and attentive staff.
The distance to the beach is not a problem, as the hotel provides free shuttles to the beach all day.
We have already recommended it to friends and family, we will surely return.
The biggest highlight is really the friendliness of all the staff

Excellent
Lovely staff, there were many restaurants to choose from and all with delicious food. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. The only thing to point out is the bathroom since I would change the bathtub for a shower, but otherwise it is perfect

Excellent holidays
I'm not one to comment on the places I usually spend my vacation, but I think this hotel deserves special mention. I would like to express my sincerest thanks to the entire team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Islantilla Beach Golf Resort for the wonderful stay you provided during my summer vacation. From check-in to departure time, everything went perfectly.
The hotel facilities are excellent, very clean and well-maintained. The fact that the hotel is slightly away from the beach is due to it being part of a golf complex, which I consider a real added value: the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful and very well-maintained green space, ideal for those seeking tranquility. At the same time, access to the beach is facilitated by the free round-trip transportation provided by the hotel. This amenity extends to the Beach Club, which is right on the beach and has great facilities (pools, sun loungers, and bathrooms with impeccable cleanliness), allowing you to enjoy the greatest buzz of the beach environment whenever you want. For all this, I consider it the ideal vacation destination for families with small children as well as couples looking for a more relaxed environment.
However, the true heart and difference of the hotel is the human element. Although all the service was very good, I want to give a top excellence rating to some elements that made the stay truly unforgettable due to their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication: at the reception, Mr. Adrian; at the hotel restaurant, Mr. Enrique; in the bars and breakfast service, Mr. Ayman, Mr. Kevin, Mrs. Sea and Mrs. Patrícia; and at the Beach Club restaurant, Mrs. Maria.
In addition to this fantastic service, the gastronomy was another highlight. I want to give a highlight and a top grade to whoever manages all the food served at the hotel, whose work of coordination and leadership is clearly reflected in the final quality. The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety, fresh ingredients, and a careful presentation. It should be noted that, contrary to some comments I read before making the reservation—where they mentioned that the orange juice for breakfast was not natural—this is no longer the case; the juice is natural and very good.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellence in everything. I will certainly come back in the future. Thank you very much to the whole team for making my vacation so fantastic.
