Incredible Host at this gem of a hotel!
Our hard working host was so generous with her time to ensure we had the very best stay. From the moment we got there she helped us order lunch at a nearby restaurant and then went to pick it up for us! No request was too much for her, always readily available to attend to our needs.
We took a taxi to a restaurant she had recommended. When the owner of the restaurant found out there wasn't a taxi available at that time to take us back, he took part of our group and our amazing hotel host arrived to take the rest of the group back to the hotel!
This cozy house was very clean, with comfortable rooms and lovely grounds.
The location was perfect after walking the Camino del Norte as it was set in a quiet rural area.
All in all it was we really enjoyed our stay and so appreciated how welcomed we were made to feel by our incredible host.

A rural little gem of a hotel
The hotel is in a Rural setting in quite grounds with splendid well appointed rooms with good modern bathrooms all of which were clean and well looked after with a rustic feel to them. There was good grounds with and outside sitting area. The bar is very basic but functional, the restaurant was not open so we had to eat out. we walked to the village and had a great meal in the eating place recommended by our host who spoke very basic English but good French as well. The host was very helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. There is adequate parking outside. The walk to the local village is about 10 mins and is a pleasant walk. We had breakfast which was basic but at 3.5 euros was fine.

Wow!!!
Well this was a lucky find. 1km from town and about 2km to beautiful beaches. The house is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. The house is set in a quiet small village just away from Oviu, and is calm and quiet. Hospitality is excellent and breakfast was voted best of the trip. Well worth one visit, and another ...

Viaje en familia con una niña 12 años, deseando regresar
Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para Marie, por desgracia por motivo familiar tuvimos que abandonar el hotel antes de lo previsto. Hemos ido con mi hija de 12 años y ella estaba encantada decía que era su casa. La habitación muy cómoda, impecable la limpieza, baño fenomenal. Los desayunos por la mañana caseros recién hechos,( tostadas, café, zumo, huevos o dulces hechos por ella) eso no tiene precio. Marie es una encantadora anfitriona todo lo que necesites ella te ayuda. El hotel es perfecto para descansar después de un día de excursiones. Muy bien situado para visitar Asturias y parte de Cantabria, aunque el Google maps no lo sitúa bien, tomando siempre de referencia la lavandería del valle y las indicaciones de Marie llegas sin problema. Cerca de playas espectaculares, en el pueblo hay de todo es muy acogedor. Totalmente recomendable y nosotros deseando de poder volver y terminar lo que no hemos podido terminar.

Fabuloso
Hemos estado una semana muy a gusto. La habitación limpia y funcional. En la zona exterior hay una pequeña terraza- jardín donde uno puede desayunar, tomar algo o relajarse, se agradece después de estar todo el día fuera. Está situado en una zona muy tranquila y cercana a playas y lugares turísticos. Recomiendo la playa de Las Cuevas del Mar, un paseo en coche y una excursión andando.
