A fantastic option in Nueva

We went to spend a few days with the children and have been very comfortable. Elvira in charge of accommodation, has been super friendly with us, the apartment very complete with bathroom kitchen etc clean and cozy. Breakfast a buffet with sweet various fruits different types of bread ham and cheese coffee juices, and prepare you instantly if you want scrambled eggs in a living room with a window with super nice views.
The family dog very quiet and very playful with the children who became very fond of him. We'll be back! Millions of thanks for everything! Inma and Miguel

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, TERRIBLE SERVICE

We were a large group of people and the service was unpleasant from the staff. They did not change our towels, the sheets and bedding were dirty as well as the walls. The towels were dirty. At the hotel there is a dog loose around the premises, which smells very bad because they don't take care of it or wash it. The shower is terrible, it does not regulate the temperature well, not only in my room but in all of the rooms. The food staff, especially at dinner, are very rude. They find any excuse not to return the deposit. In short, I think that this hotel is not worth it and you can easily find another service at the same price that is much better.

Good apartments well furnished

Good apartments with great quality-price relationship. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Sleep is fantastic because the mattress is very comfortable and the surroundings peaceful. The village is beautiful and has good access to the most interesting attractions in the nearby.

NOT IMPRESSED, EXCEPT BY THE RECEPTIONIST

Close to the train station. Close to downtown. The Receptionist does all the jobs. She is very friendly. And she is overworked. I'm sure she cleans rooms and makes beds too. Busy, busy, busy! Hotel has an elevator. Rear rooms of hotel are VERY quiet. No restaurant service except for breakfast. Had some trouble with wifi. It is VERY basic! Very slow and unreliable ...

Helpful staff and reasonable value

We took a small one bedroomed apartment in an annexe close by the main hotel. It was busy due to Samana Santa hence the price was a little excessive compared to other times of the year. The small apartment was pleasant if a little cold (we asked for a stand alone heater which was adequate).
The bed was not changed over six days which was disappointing, and the kitchen was ok but nothing special.
However the owners were extremely polite, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and quite stylish. Nueva is a very sleepy little town and pleasant enough. The location is a great launch point for the excellent beaches, nearby Llanes and of course the wonderful Picos mountains.
