Very bad experience
We booked a room subject to having parking because we had our electric bikes in the trunk and did not want to leave our vehicle in the middle of the street. The hotel took our reservation without answering the parking question and when we arrived around 4:30pm we were told there was none. As was our condition we cancelled the reservation with the receptionist who accepted. In addition it was possible to cancel until 5pm. What an unpleasant surprise the next day to discover that the hotel had debited the room directly from our bank account. Despite several email exchanges with management they never wanted to refund us. I won't be booking in this hotel chain.

Nous comprenons parfaitement que la disponibilité d'un parking était une condition essentielle pour vous, étant donné que vous voyagiez avec vos vélos électriques. Nous vous présentons nos plus plates excuses pour le fait que votre réservation ait été acceptée sans qu'une réponse claire ne vous soit donnée sur la disponibilité du parking, et pour la déception que vous avez ressentie à votre arrivée.
Le fait que l'annulation ait été acceptée par la réceptionniste, d'autant plus qu'elle a eu lieu avant 17h00, et que vous ayez ensuite été prélevé du montant de la chambre est une erreur que nous regrettons profondément. Cela est contraire à nos procédures et aux conditions d'annulation que nous vous avions communiquées.
Nous sommes également très déçus d'apprendre que vos multiples échanges par courriel avec la direction n'ont pas abouti à une résolution rapide et à un remboursement. Ce manque de suivi n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de service que nous nous efforçons d'offrir.
Nous vous prions de croire que nous allons immédiatement prendre en main votre dossier pour procéder au remboursement intégral du montant prélevé. Pour accélérer ce processus, nous vous invitons à nous communiquer à nouveau les détails de votre réservation (nom, date d'arrivée initiale, et si possible le numéro de réservation) par retour de ce courriel.
Nous regrettons sincèrement que cette mauvaise expérience vous ait amené à ne plus vouloir réserver dans notre chaîne hôtelière.

Treatment of an employee
I stayed from Sunday to Monday and it was a really disappointing experience for the treatment received by an employee named Angelika. His attitude was cold, distant and totally inappropriate for someone who works for the public. Since I arrived, I could see his lack of interest and professionalism; he responded reluctantly and made anyone who tried to ask him something uncomfortable.
Every time I passed through reception, I found her on my phone or without paying attention to guests, something unacceptable in a hotel of this level. He showed neither a smile nor a kind gesture throughout the stay, and that speaks volumes of how he takes his job.
The hotel, fortunately, is fine and has good facilities, but employees with such an attitude seriously damage the image of the place. Management should pay attention, because a single worker with such behavior can ruin the experience of many customers.

Passing night
We took this hotel for a night as we were on our way to port adventure and caught us passing.
Modern, clean and spacious hotel.
Although it does not have its own parking, it is in an area where we were easy to park.
Breakfast for 8€ per person is very simple but has everything you need, so we recommend taking it.
The room has everything you need to spend a pleasant night, special mention to the bathroom, with its own soaps and a large shower.
Definitely a hotel we'll stop at again when we get caught on the way
