An exceptional value in a most welcoming location.

It was our second visit to Fonda Merce and as exceptional as the first one last summer. Xavi met us to book an early planned stay on Semana Santa. He offered us a great price, well below Booking.com advertised fare. The hotel is charming, impeccably clean, at a great location, quiet, near bars and restaurants, although the chef in the hotel prepares the most exquisite meals which are very reasonably priced. Out of all the restaurants we patronized in Llivia, Fonda Merce always provided the best choices, quality, service and price. Be ready for a substantial breakfast, included in the nightly fare, which will give you energy for the innumerable hikes in sunny Cerdaña.

A comfortable place near ski stations

A comfortable hotel, in the very center of Llivia. The rooms were correct and the beds very comgortable. The breakfast was great. But I miss a common room to share time with friends. The place is between Fontromeu and La Maselka, so you have many optiobs for skiing

Nice one night stay

Although the manager wasn't there when we arrived, and we had to wait a little, the 4 bed bedroom was nice and very clean.
We have to say that the breakfast was great: lots of local sausages and cheese, at the moment toasted bread, amazing orange juice.
The only drawback was that there wasn't the possibility to have dinner there.
