Please inform Almirall Apartaments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. At check-in the guest's credit cards will be blocked for 100 € as a deposit for the holiday apartment. At the time of check-out and after having inspected the apartment, this amount will be unblocked within a maximum period of 24 hours. Kindly be informed that access to Almirall's building and inside the appartment is strictly restricted to guests staying in Almirall Apartaments. Once a reservation has been made, the guest will receive an email 30 days before arrival with a link to make the down payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled. If there are less than 30 days before the arrival date, the guest will receive an email to make the payment using the link, immediately after the reservation has been made. If payment has not been made within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled.
