when I see comments from some people...hello the rooms are very clean as well as the sanitary the housekeepers do their job very well the staff is very friendly both at the reception and in the dining room by the pools it is clean every day from my terrace I saw the housekeeper cleaning

Experience to forget

My friends and I booked an apartment for 4 people with kitchen.
We arrive and are told that for overbooking we had to sleep in two rooms (no kitchen).
The next day we are actually “moved” into the house: inefficient cleaning, bathroom fan not working, dust everywhere. Not to mention the kitchen that did not have the right utensils to use it. In the adjacent rooms there were annoying and disrespectful people. No Recommendation. The only plus point was the location, otherwise everything was terrible.

Disastrous and expensive, poor customer service

Very old apartment, very uncomfortable beds, all very old and neglected
one of the apartments with cracks in the wall.
The only thing that saves them is the terrace. Although the sunbeds are also old.
Bad information on the website. When we made the Reservation nowhere indicated that we could not access the pool.On receiving confirmation we saw that access was not included.We tried to cancel or pay access to the pool and they did not access it.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone or my worst enemy.

C horrible even for free I will not go very dirty and very ugly and very old without swimming pool the sofa bed is atttrosse and I do not even want to talk about it so much we were shocked 1 night while we paid 2 night we c save before

No access to pools

Very disappointed as advertised as having access to 4 pools. To be informed on arrival access to an indoor pool at a cost of €20 per person for an hour. I would never have booked apartment with no pool . Very basic accommodation but very nice view from balcony.
