The food is what you would expect

The food is what you would expect from a Spanish 3.5 star hotel the pool is very nice and also not cold the jacuzzis were also nice and warm the hotel room we had had a nice view of the pool and the room was itself nice only the door as was on the toilet was a bit broken and the bath was weirdly cleaned the fridge also made a strange noise and the air conditioning barely worked the otherwise nice hotels staff and fine location

A hotel in a disastrous state, lack of hygiene in the rooms and in the rest of the hotel, the food is catastrophic, this hotel does not even deserve one star

Tiring, loud and not as relaxing as we would have liked

The Hotel itself is pleasant enough, rooms very basic, staff are friendly, but no one told us that in the whole month of July it is full and I mean FULL of students from Germany, Italy, Holland, France and other countries, who are extremely loud and have no manners what so ever, they hog the pool with their silly games, shouting, and no sun beds available. They also start their nightlife at about 10.00 pm, continuing until 4.00 am in the morning. The hotel is located on a corner which is a passage way through to the main strip, so lots of outside noise too. When looking on the website, it appears to have 2 pools, which it does not, nor does it do all inclusive, the food is catered for the foreign students, so nothing edible for us as a couple. Lots of shops and backstreets, easily get lost. There is a supermarket that has everything you need within a 2 minute walk from La Palmera.

Very bad.The price of the hotel is very good.Everything else is on the lower level.Unsanitary ,broken air conditioning in the room

Never again this hotel!!!

Staff mostly very unfriendly – only the reception was friendly.
The room was dirty and obviously not cleaned. The room was very poorly located, with an ugly view of concrete and an old air conditioning unit.
A staff member in the dining room consistently ignored us during our entire stay.
She was disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no reaction to a friendly "thank you." The food was thrown onto the table wordlessly and rudely, then she simply turned around and left.
