Check in was smooth, hotel is very clean in all areas.
Breakfast was plentiful. Hot options could maybe do to be a bit hotter. The were always tables available at breakfast and they were cleared promptly .
Pools - Didn't use the rooftop pool although it looked very nice up there. Need to get there early at the downstairs pool to get sunbeds although it was the height of the season. Overall a very good experience.

I have been in BCN few times by now but this hotel made my stay very special! Comfortable walking distance from the beach and the old town, amazing facilities, rooftop pool and bar/restaurant got my heart, amazing food and the breakfast to 5 star level. I'd recommend to everyone to add the breakfast to their stay.
Christina from reception and all the staff was super friendly even though they were very busy and a bit overwhelmed. I work in the luxury hotels industry and I understand how much effort you need to spend to keep up this level. You are doing a great job.
Thanks to everyone of you to make my stay so amazing

We loved our stay. The staff were all super helpful, the room was gorgeous, super spacious, brilliant bathroom and great balcony. We especially loved the adults only rooftop pool and bar.

The things which made our stay so amazing were the location - right beside the main bus station with frequent connections to explore the region; the daily room service; staying half board and enjoying the variety and quality of the Mediterranean style cuisine; being able to unwind in the late evening on the rooftop terrace overlooking the city as the sun sets.

I could not fault anything about this accommodation, we had a lovley 10 day break. Staff are very helpful and friendly, i received a personal note and wee gift wishing me a happy birthday and we were upgraded. Hotel was very clean, room was done every day with freash towels and coffe/water topped up. Breakfast was lovely and freash with a great variety of food and drinks amd plenty of it. Looking forward to booking up again.
