Holiday week in the summer

Extremely pleasant stay, from the conditions of the apartment to the owners and staff. Always everything clean and careful, inside the apartment and in the common areas of the hotel.
In the lounge there is always the care to kindly provide various types of coffee, tea, juices, varied snacks and always fresh water.
There's always a concern of Mr. Francis Veloso in making us feel welcome and welcomed, it is in these small gestures that this Lord makes the difference.
Every year we always notice improvements over the previous year, which demonstrates care and concern for the guests.
We will definitely return and recommend!

Horrible heat in the apartment

A horrible heat in the room. Turn on the air conditioning because it's great outside, but in the room at night you're sweating.

Good ammenities but bad costumer service

The apartment itself is large and has a full kitchen with even some kitchenware. HOWEVER, staff disappeared after check in. We stayed 3 days and did not see anybody during our stay. They did not make beds or clean bathrooms nightly or replace shampoo. There was never anyone around so we couldn't ask for anything. They are a hotel so I expected minimal service, they are not cheap. The pool is nice and there is a tennis court. They are really close to a few restaurants and supermarkets which is quite convenient. NO WIFI except in the lobby even though the website says there is wifi in the apartments. We were charged extra money from our initial reservation with no explanation of why and there was no one at check out so we couldn't even ask. I called the number at the reception when we were ready to leave but the person on the other side said they wouldn't be back for an hour, it's a vacation, we can't sit around waiting for staff to come to work (this was at 11am).

Sem recepção nem ninguém a quem possas recorrer em caso de necessidade

Tem boa piscina, mas só isso tem de bom, os apartamentos estão mal equipados , nunca existem funcionários na recepção, apenas uma funcionária foi agradável, precisamos do estojo de primeiros socorros, não havia no apartamento e também não havia ninguém na recepção! a não repetir

Apartamento nuevo, accesible y muy limpio. Muy cerca de balneario con aguas termales y de Parque Nacional portugués

Apartamento muy nuevo, amplio, cómodo y muy limpio. Está junto a la carretera, así que es fácil de encontrar. Dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Las fotos se ajustan totalmente a la realidad.
Además, el propio apartamento dispone de parking y de una zona común en un comedor muy amplio con sofás, mesas, mesa de billar, cafés e infusiones, leche, zumos, agua y bollitos a disposición de los clientes (incluidos en el precio).
Todas las instalaciones son accesibles para silla de ruedas.
El personal es muy agradable, el dueño muy pendiente por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa.
Hay un supermercado justo al lado y una cafetería enfrente.
A 4 kilómetros hay un balneario con aguas termales que tienen una piscina termal gratuita al aire libre.
Está muy cerca de un parque nacional portugués muy bonito (Parque nacional Peneda-Geres)
Si volvemos por la zona seguro que repetimos allí.
