The rooms are nice, the vibes are good, the view is great! I would have picked this hotel again if i were to stay there again.

Beware of the routine...
For once, I will divide my review into 3 parts.
Part 1: the hotel as a whole
Part 2: the problems encountered
Part 3: the solutions provided
1/ The hotel, located on the heights of Loja, is generally well-built, the staff is professional and explains the operation of the establishment correctly.
The Junior Suite Deluxe 312 is a nice size, about 452 sq. ft., clean, with a King Size bed, a sitting area with an armchair and a sofa that is not separated from the sleeping area, a coffee maker with pods, etc.
Very nice bathroom with a whirlpool tub, double sink, rain shower, Japanese toilet, and some toiletries; the quality of the sponges is average.
Large terrace of about 538 sq. ft., with 2 loungers and an area with an outdoor sofa and a jacuzzi; it should be noted that this is the only room with an exterior where you have a view of the city, the alcazaba, and the Sierra Nevada.
There is a spa with a saltwater pool, sauna, and Turkish bath; it is limited to 6 people and is not allowed for those under 16 years old.
We were on a breakfast included plan, but I will return to that later.
You also have the option to dine on-site, and the restaurant offers a classic menu; the dishes we had were quite good, but the prices are a bit high.
Note that there is covered parking for €10/day.
2/ The problems encountered: upon our arrival, the bay window was not completely clean (2 bird droppings), it was impossible to open the right side of the wardrobe, there was no bottle opener for the mini bar, no toiletries next to the bathtub, a cockroach visited us on the first night, we had to unplug one of the 2 TVs because the universal remote made them operate together, the jacuzzi was not at the right temperature and broke down on our last evening.
Double curtains that are sold as 100% blackout and total darkness, when in fact they are not at all! And every morning I was awakened at sunrise...
The first breakfast was a disaster, limited sweet/savory choices, machine orange juice, industrial and frankly not good.
On Thursday, we went to the spa and upon our return, we could no longer access our room; we had to wait for some time in the hallway, in bathrobes, for a solution to be found, and when it was, we ended up with a Maestra card, in other words, a card that opened all the hotel rooms....
3/ The solutions provided...the large window was quickly cleaned, a bottle opener was found 2 days later, no immediate solution for the wardrobe door or the temperature of the jacuzzi, courtesy items were placed on a small table next to the bathtub, a thorough cleaning was done to avoid evening visitors.
Regarding breakfast, it is worth noting that the next day the orange juice was freshly squeezed, fresh fruits appeared on the buffet, and overall an effort was made to improve its presentation; we can only hope that these changes will last over time and that it was not just to please us...
It should also be highlighted that the hotel and its Director were very generous towards us regarding the inconveniences we experienced.
We were offered 3 bottles of cava, 1 bottle of white wine, and the accompanying pastries, 1 gift, and 1 invitation to the Spa, and to top it all off, the Director offered us 1 additional night in the Junior Suite Deluxe that we occupied.
To summarize, and despite the inconveniences, I still recommend this hotel because the staff is extremely responsive and attentive to your needs.

Wondrrful massage experience.
The massage room is gorgeous. Actually, the entire spa area is wonderfully modern and spotlessly clean.
