Hotel employees of the best
The hotel very clean the spacious rooms on the third floor. The spectacular pool with a very good water temperature , very plentiful meal and dinner service and at a very reasonable price
Note the attention of Pilar of Reception very friendly, both Adonai, Jose and Rafa cafeteria q were watching us so that we did not lack anything
So it's nice to meet such professional people

Good hotel but not great
Good hotel a few miles outside Lugo. We chose it as a base for visiting the area.
Big room, bathroom as well. Usual shower in the bathtub that we found almost everywhere, otherwise fine. Wi fi working, sufficient sockets.
Breakfast with “European” timetables compatible for travellers.
Being 4 km outside the city we opted to dine at their restaurant.
Which is a coffee shop. Tiny tables, very slow Service.
The food would have been good. They have a wine list but in practice only wine in the glass is possible, with no choice but between white and red. The price of two glasses is slightly lower than that of the half bottle, which however “did not have”
The spa is very small, barely warm water, the heated pool was cold.

A 4-star hotel where the room was 2-star .
I booked for a 4-star hotel, but in reality it seemed more like a 2-star hotel... The room assigned was minimal even for a single Cover as much as for two...I felt such a claustrophobia in this room that when we went to rest a little, I simply had to go to the cafeteria
The bathroom is good and the staff's service as well.
I do not recommend this whole hotel.

Very pleasant stay thanks to staff and facilities
This hotel is located outside the historic centre of Lugo, approximately 4 km from the hotel, and has enough free parking spaces. There is also an upcoming city bus stop, although we do not know how it works as we used the car to approach the center, in which surroundings it is not too complicated to park.
The hotel has a heated swimming pool, with a depth of 1.40 meters, covered by a glazed structure at least in the cold months of the year. The water is warm, and is ideal for children. To get to it you have to walk a small outdoor path where you can get a little cold, but you can dress up and use the changing rooms in the pool to change. In addition, inside the hotel building there is a sauna and next door a small spa pool, with water jets and yakuzzi, available for hotel guests. There is also billiards to hang out. The spa area is small, but it was also not saturated with public when we went, so we could enjoy these facilities with peace of mind.
The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, had internet wifi, a closet with enough capacity, flat TV that supports USB, armchair, table with chair, small refrigerator (although it was off), and very comfortable beds. The bathroom had a bathtub with screen, bidet, hairdryer and soaps, gel bottles, and other elements of the bathroom.
The hotel offers buffet breakfast, although we have always chosen to have breakfast in the cafeteria, a coffee, tea or milk with cocoa, accompanied by a bun or toast, which is sufficient and cheaper.
The hotel has a restaurant that offers traditional Galician cuisine, with very good taste and sufficient quantity. In addition to the restaurant menu, if you want to eat, you can opt for simpler cuisine in the cafeteria, although we usually dine in the restaurant and leave quite satisfied with the quality of what we are served and the service treatment, which is quick and friendly.
Overall, all the hotel staff were very attentive, friendly and effective to attend to everything we put to them.
Whenever we go to Lugo we stay at this hotel, for its excellent value for money, for the good treatment we receive from its staff and for the facilities that help to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Disappointing 4 star hotel
Old and old-fashioned hotel.
If you arrive at night it is respectful to enter a totally dark hotel with a light in the background where the reception is located.
I was attended by a man who talked about how the computer system was malfunctioning. Finally he awarded me a room higher than the contracted on the EXECUTIVE floor. What is this about an executive floor? (see photos).
The room set in the last century, with the dirty bed and hair on an armchair. The shower either had a faucet left over or a bathtub was missing.
Awful breakfast buffet. Very little variety and poor quality.
The covered car park has seven spaces (yes, only seven) and a car occupies two of how small they are.
Good thing I've only been there one night and for work.
Not recommended, in Lugo there must be better hotels.
