Perfect apartment in the heart of Madrid

We had a fantastic stay at 60 Balconies Iconic. The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring Madrid.
The apartment was modern, stylish, and very Perfect apartment in the heart of Madrid comfortable. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen.

I had a super good time here, front desk is friendly and welling help, location excellent, not too far, not too close to the town.
Room, perfectly provide washing machine, dish machine, a dinner space, room space good, I love this place!
Definitely will come back again.

Beautiful rooms in a great location!

We had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities and decor are very new which was lovely. We were impressed with the clever design features they’d included. All the staff were very friendly as well as the location is convenient to all of Madrids amazing sights!

Amazing in Madrid

60 Balconies was a great stay to end our vacation, after two weeks of traveling through Spain and Portugal this was a great place to relax and enjoy before heading home.
The apartment was very clean and the staff was super attentive to all our needs. The morning basket was a great touch.

Excellent location and lovely terrace. Also a reasonably newly refurbished flat. However, there was an old and smelly air conditioning system which took down the impression for us. Points to helpful swimming pool guard and great cleaners.
