Clean but very old.
It needs renovation specially bath and kitchen.
Too many furniture for a small place.

My four-night stay was extremely unpleasant. The worst part was the reception staff. They were very unfriendly. The young man was kind and tried his best to help. However, the two older men were curt and always refused requests or gave curt answers.
The facilities were also very poor. There was a washing machine, but no detergent, so it was unusable, and there was no electric kettle. Not only that, but everything was so old that I didn't dare use it.
The location was okay. The surroundings were quiet, and it was just a couple of stops by public transport to the city center. I bought simple ingredients or pre-cooked food at the nearby El Corte Inglés and made breakfast.

The apartment of terror
Shameful!! The house of terror, spiders, dead bugs stuck by the curtains, smell of stale, broken kitchen with utensils of sorrow... aisle highly recommended to shoot The Shining 2....a shameful scam, to go to consumption.

It needs an update.
It describes it has air conditioning and it only has a portable in the living room area. The area is wonderful if they just would update the apartments it would be a plus. They do not have housekeeping on weekends and if you don't ask you don't know it, no towels or anything if you stay on the weekend, poor communication from front desk and also from hotels.com.

Just nefarious!!
In my life I have stayed in such a dirty and poorly maintained place, I requested change of apartment, told me to come back in 3 hours, we were not offered to leave things in reception and then leave them in our new apartment, we do not want to waste time of our vacation plus the other exchange apartment more or less the same. The only good thing is the area, but its price is high for what it is, all dirty and careless. Scandalous neighbors, too.
