BIG AND GREAT ROOM
The room was very big with a little kitchen inside. Big bathroom. Very beautiful everything and the service was perfect! There was only a bus near and that´s no so good, but the hotel was great,I would repeat with them!

Good stay
Spacious apartment two bedrooms living room kitchen and two bathrooms, air conditioning and washing machine, missing terrace and dishwasher. Quite clean, the structure is reported as non-smoking, but there is so much tobacco smell in the apartment but also in the structure I do not know what it depended on, but it should be fixed. Large parking, dogs allowed, structure in a quiet area, better if you are with the car because in the surroundings on foot it is difficult to move.
Reception practically absent, there is someone in the morning and then you do not see a soul, if you arrive in the afternoon you have to check in alone with the automatic machine very long the transaction. All left to itself, there is no concierge at night, the hotel is practically with the doors always open and do not answer neither messages nor phone calls, I would say that we need more security.

Lacks maintenance and cleaning
Quite hidden place in Pozuelo de Alarcón.
If you arrive in the afternoon, there is no one at reception, so you have to register with a machine that gives many errors and you have to do everything manually, then you enter the code and you get the key to the apartment where you have to go. The way to the apartment, if it is at night, is very dark, there are hardly any streetlights inside the property and once you open the door you see that it is a large apartment, it lacks a lot of maintenance and cleaning is scarce, it is very good to spend a few days, and since it has several bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom

Still tired ... and no one cares
I stayed here for four nights on business. Where do I begin?
1) Check in was horrendous, I arrived on a Sunday after a long flight only to find out I still needed to wait an additional half an hour for my room even though my early check in had been previously guaranteed.
2) The room had two single beds - not big enough for an adult (on day 2 I discovered a sleeper sofa and found that to be more comfortable
3) The kitchen was disgusting. Thank goodness I didn't ned to use it ... the faucet was broken, the refrigerator was not working (it might have been turned off) and stank badly. Best thing about the kitchen was that I could close the door and pretend it didn't exist.
4) Service: I mentioned the issue with the beds and the kitchen and although the staff acknowledged that the room needed repairs they also admitted it was not about happen very fast. Reading previous reviews it looks like it's an ongoing issue here.
My advice to the travel agent that booked this hotel is "take it off your list" ...

Large room, but looking a bit tired
I booked a standard room and was quite pleased to find it was a two roomed apartment. Plenty of room.
Now the not so good. The kitchen area was badly laid out. It wasn't possible to plug in the microwave without buying an extension. The hotel isn't easy to find and is located in a business area, without any nearby facilities (shops, restaurants etc). The whole place has a tired feel to it: it really needs a refurbishment.
