Elegant hotel

Good bed, comfortable pillows, no noise and some aminities, which is already rare. Varied breakfast with natural orange juice.

Perfect hotel, good value for money, great breakfast

This hotel was perfect, and really good value for money. I read a couple of the negative reviews and cannot understand them. We stayed 5 days in room 229 and it was perfectly quiet, so maybe ask for that room? Plenty of hot water, excellent maid service, great and friendly staff, very clean rooms, central location surrounded by great restaurants, easy access to metro and bus stops, but most importantly---WOW, THE BREAKFAST! Be sure to sign up for it, it's just terrific.

Great central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and fully functional. My only complaint was a bit of noise from the neighboring room - the walls seemed pretty thin.

Great

The breakfast was mega! We only stayed one night & didn't spend much time in the hotel, winter visit so can't comment on the summer outdoor pool. Decor really nice, room was spotless and had 3 single beds pushed together for me, my husband and our 7 year old, he loved it, the huge bed ha. Room was warm, tea & coffee provided. The buffet breakfast was our highlight, I've been disappointed with continental breakfast before but this one was 10 out of 10! Also ideal location for bernabeu tour, around 10 minutes walk

1. No cooling with the air conditioning
2. When i asked for a additional toilet roll, i was told to fetch it from receptionist myself
3. I was charged incrorrectly for breakfast on arrival, and ws demanded to oay an additional amount on checkout.
