Exceptional Service & Outstanding Hospitality from Rokaya

Breakfast food quality was not good here.
Rooftop pool was lovely though to relax on top of the city.
Rooms were a good size for a city hotel, need some attention from maintenance team for a bit of a refresh though
Annoying the lower level rooftop bar was closed as this looked like a cool spot on the social media account

Fantastic Stay - Faultless

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, with daily room cleaning and fresh bed sheets, which was a lovely touch.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We arrived before 11am and, rather than making us wait until the 3pm check-in, they kindly offered us an alternative room so we could get settled straight away. This was hugely appreciated after travelling.
The rooftop pool was excellent and the service up there was just as good. It was a great place to relax, especially in the heat.
The location is also ideal, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The city centre is around a 15-minute taxi journey away, and there is also a metro station within walking distance, making it really easy to get around.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Fantastic rooms, brilliant staff, great facilities and an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant hotel! Location is great with only a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which is needed to get to the historical centre of Madrid. Taxi from the hotel to the centre is around €12 and takes around 15mins.
The hotel was superb, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and the hotel staff were very nice. The roof top pool and bar looks fantastic.
The hotel also has a transfer room to shower and change after checkout, which was ideal having a late flight home
