The room is comfortable. Especially the bathroom is very roomy with a hot tower bar and a bidet. The light is very bright.

Friendly staff, clean room, firm bed (perfect for me, too firm for my roommate) amazing showerhead! Close to a metro station and Retiro park.
Good breakfast with excellent variety.
Lost 1 star as some of the items looked as if they'd been out for a while, and there was no gym.

Very nice room, it was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive. The location is convenient and in a nice quiet area of the city with nice stores and dining options just steps away. The location is walkable and right on the train and bus lines.

Staff is amazing, clean and very good size room, we love breakfast, and is next to a Metro station, every corner is clean and smell very nice
