Subhuman place !!!’

It's like the squid game, entering the building is impossible task, you can take hours, cry from distraction nobody donates anything to you and then I don't know how today there can be this type of room in such conditions.
Bath in very bad humidity conditions, shared with the whole plant, dress to go if you want to pee at night, the cleanliness shines by its absence, now book if you dare !!!!!

You're not sleeping.

It's torture. We haven't slept for 48 hours because all kinds of noise leaks. There is a nightclub just below the building which opens until 6:30 am, so we have not been able to sleep until 7 am. You also hear everything happening in the hallway. We just wanted a room to sleep at night, but it doesn't serve its purpose. The location, in terms of connection and proximity to the rest of Madrid, is wonderful. But the noise is unbearable: people talking, shouting, laughing, music from pubs, drunken guiris... we have heard all kinds of conversations. You can't sleep in these rooms.
With respect to the rest, all good. The bathrooms are clean and the building is nice inside. The only complaint we've had is noise at night. We're completely ground up.

Cancelled before arrival without reason

I had booked the hotel before my arrival to Madrid. Our planned trip was 01.08-04.08. Booking Referral via Booking was straightforward and everything worked out well. But on July 31 late in the evening the hotel is suddenly cancelled for no reason. I had to travel to Madrid tomorrow morning with my child. The hotel I contacted via WhatsApp and asked. I was told supposedly "system errors," which I don't understand.
