EUROSTARS central but MINIMAL

Perfect location BUT
Water outage in the room
Nonexistent customer follow-up
Minimal bath towel

Breakfast reminds you of your childhood in boarding school

I don't think I'll come back, I'll look for other options

Very expensive hotel for what it offers.
The breakfast room looks like the decoration of a university dining room, where they offer a bad breakfast and poorly replenished.Hot for example they offer a scrambled egg ,bacon and three types of greasy sausages.
Noisy rooms because it is located in an area of a lot of nightlife The hard and uncomfortable beds.
Years ago it was acceptable because the price was not expensive, but paying almost €300 per night seems to me a real purpose.

I reserved a queen size bed room , and they gave Me a full side bed. For me and my husband.
I did check prior to my arrival with Expedia confirming a/c on the rooms, wich they confirmed it . Time check In there was no a/c
Some one put a sign on my door so not make room or disturb, not me. And they didn’t make my room. If you reserve with time a queen bed and they don’t have the price would be less of what I paid. But no, they didn’t care

Holiday in Madrid

We stayed at this hotel for three days. The staff was very courteous and attentive but the room lacks some basic things like a toothbrush to clean the toilet and bidet towels. Some black spots on the shower edge and other things that are not maintained. It sounds absurd in a 4-star hotel but when you leave the room the corridor is dark because the proximity sensor is several steps away and does not detect the presence of people. Overall it is close to the great street... Ten minutes on foot
