Nice room, great shower, comfortable bed.
I loved the sun terrace on the roof to sit and relax in the sun.
Location was great, very close to circle line metro
Also a couple of supermarkets close by to pick up supplies

Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again.

SIMPLE BUT COMFORTABLE
We stayed for two nights in July and honestly, the hotel is very basic but more than acceptable. The first night they gave us a double room with a large window, a simple bathroom, and two comfortable beds. We had the "bad luck" that the shower screen suddenly broke while we were still asleep at 7 in the morning. It was a big scare, and it's a good thing it didn't catch us showering or using the bathroom, but well, it ended as just a scare. We went to the front desk and they immediately changed our room, with the luck that this time they gave us a room with a terrace. The truth is that the service was very friendly.
Aside from this incident, the room, although very simple, is comfortable. The bathroom has a hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, enough towels, a television, and hangers to hang clothes. There is no closet or drawers.
They have air conditioning so the temperature can be adjusted to the guest's liking.
The only thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast that they offered us at the front desk upon arrival and told us was a buffet breakfast, but they didn't specify that it was continental style, meaning there is only stuff to make toast, some cold cuts, croissants, mini chocolate pastries and donuts, juices, and coffee. There is no hot food like eggs or bacon or sausages; the only fruit was melon the first day and watermelon the second day. In other words, it is quite basic and the price is a bit high for what they offer.
Everything else considered, it is truly a hotel that offers rest, everything is very clean, and it is comfortable.
The closest subway station is Méndez Alvaro, a 3-minute walk away, and bus stops are also very close.
If you want them to store your luggage on the day of your departure, they offer a locker service that you pay for separately. We chose the XL locker for 6 hours and paid €7.60.

There are not much amenities in the room. But if you are just going to stay at night and see the town during day time, then it is good one as this is close to metro and bus station.
