Very disappointed

This hotel operates on a total budget. Everything is done to avoid spending anything... Only one trash can for the room, no folder to give you your entry card, the coffee machine available at the reception was unplugged even though it is a promised service for a three-star hotel, cold and detached staff, and high prices for what it is... Very disappointing. I will not return.

Company that manages surgeries, I will not contact again

Very bad experience especially with the lady in charge of reception and administration in the evening, invited the client that if he was not happy he could go to another hotel, saying that they do not need to work with the company that manages the room of the hostel.
If you find faucets that do not work do not claim during the day of the lady responsible for admission and reception.
We will not send any of our patients back

Very comfortable and well located stay

We came to Madrid by plane for some formalities at the Italian Consulate, and we chose this hostel for the proximity. It was a hit. The connection to the airport by line 8 is very practical and the area, quiet. The room was spotless and the bed, really comfortable. We slept with one tug every three nights. Highly recommended.

I want to say a big thank you to Aya for making my stay great in this Hostal!
Aya was super friendly and made my stay great. The place was very clean and comfortable but the walls are a little thin so could be an issue if you have a noisy neighbour.
I would highly recommend this Hostal.
