Little humanity.

I am hospitalized due to a femur fracture, and although I sent the hospitalization and surgery documentation, the owner has not agreed to a full refund of the amount paid. Very little humanity; I will not go in the future nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope you enjoy your money and sleep well every night.

Hostal Oliver central Madrid

Well...
Super central, very clean room, very friendly staff, right price for the area.
To be improved:
The entrance to the staircase where the hostel is is super old and scarce. It has no sign at the entrance, you have to notice that it puts it on one side of the door small.

Cheap.....

Stayed here on a quick weekend to Madrid!
Very cheap for two nights, yeah very basic, but the room was clean, the bed was soo comfy, great heating and aircon, and a nice hot shower. We were on the front above the two irish bars so it was very noisy at night but earplugs soon sorted that! Almost in the dead center of madrid, 2 mins to the metro. Staff, even thou they didnt speak much english were very friendly and helpful ( we needed an extra pillow which they got immediately)
Cant complain a jot for €120 for 2 nights.
Would definitely stay here again

One of the worst experiences in my life

The staff was incredibly rude to us during the stay. The room was super dirty and the mattress very uncomfy.
Los empleados del hotel muy maleducados con nosotros. La habitación sucia y el colchón todavía clavado en mi espalda.
