Property highlights

Summarised by AI

Location

Exceptional central location

For many travellers, the hotel’s central location beside Opera metro and within easy walking distance of the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and dining options is its standout feature, while some note limited street parking for those arriving by car.

Service

Friendly, helpful staff

Many guests praise the friendly, helpful and professional staff who assist with recommendations, fridge use and unexpected issues, though a few report serious booking or payment disputes.

Rooms

Comfortable rooms with variable size and soundproofing

Rooms are generally clean, comfortable and recently updated with good beds and inward-facing quiet options, though several guests mention small layouts, occasional heat issues and inconsistent soundproofing.

Amenities

Basic amenities with good local options

Amenities are basic—lift, buzzer entry and a paid floor coffee machine—but the surrounding streets offer abundant cafés, bars and restaurants; some guests found the entrance signage unclear.

Cleanliness

Consistently clean and well maintained

Cleanliness is frequently commended with tidy rooms and recent renovations evident for many guests, though isolated reports mention insects in a bathroom.
