Fantastic location

Room spacious and clean. It even had a small terrace. The entrance to the building was a bit neglected but the hotel was comfortable. The receptionist was very kind.
Great location. A few minutes from the Metto and the city center.
In the area there are many places to eat.

Well, my very unpleasant experience really I bought some lottery tickets and they disappeared from the room I talk and I design that no one has entered the room and then they disappear x magic art there is no longer I go and apart x store your bags charge you crazy the truth do not report x q already I came x that if I get to stay more days I report

Not recommended

To start the room was not ready at the indicated time, a deluxe room with terrace and views, which finally overlooked an inner courtyard, humidity on the ceiling and no hot water. According to reception they thought the technician had solved it, but it wasn't. When we've complained in compensation, all they've done is keep our bags in free storage, it's a disgrace. The room one night 190€ seems to me an inflated price for the state in which it was. I'm never coming back.

They shine by their absence

Location is the only good thing. They charged me an extra 20 euros because they delayed my flight, although the booking said it was 15, they did not want to respect that amount. They charged me and there was not even someone to receive me either when I entered or left, I had to receive and leave the key down a doormat. Awful attention. Bathroom size rooms without ventilation. I don't recommend it.

Could be excellent

Structure in a strategic position, very close to puerta del sol, the metro and allows you to get around on foot without any problem. In front of the property there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc.
The room looks as well as the structure , clean and tidy. Unfortunately the room assigned to us, the nr 7 had only one window (as shown in the photo) that gave into an internal courtyard and it was not advisable to open it both for the bad smell that was probably felt due to some vacuum cleaner of the premises in the area that for the fact that there were a few centimeters the windows of other rooms (zero privacy) also there were motors of the air conditioners. The very thin walls, allowed to hear the dialogues of people in the adjacent rooms. In four days of stay never changed towels. Really small double bed. To take a shower was a problem, you could not mix the water at the right temperature, suddenly went from hot to cold and vice versa. As already mentioned great for the location
