FATAL!!! A SHAME!!! LIARS!!!

LIARS!!! Don't go. I reserve a room for 3 people (a couple and a child) days in advance. On the day of the reservation, when I am entering Madrid they call me and tell me that they do not have three beds. They don't give me a solution and on top of that, Booking tells me that the room reserved was for 2 people (a big lie since I have everything documented). I have to get a more expensive room in another hotel and no one is responsible for the extra expenses. Furthermore, the hotel receptionist found everything very funny... A REAL SHAME. DO NOT GO!!!

Great location with very basic accommodation

Great location small rooms, missing the night table for one if the beds, beds really uncomfortable, very noisy at night, small but complete bathroom. No breakfast but it was possible to leave luggage free of charge. Kind staff, either very basic English skills.

very clean, nice reception and people, great location but too noisy, can here street outside and the internals walls between the rooms are too thin.

Perfect location.
No noise from street but some noise from other guests noticeable, but I still slept well.
Great staff
Great , clean , comfortable room.
From a British point of view(sorry lol!), only thing missing was tea/coffee facilities in the room but there are lots of good cafes nearby.
I would definitely stay here again
