Nice hotel, very well located
The hotel is located on a main street in a nice neighborhood of Madrid. Even though there's a club right there, we never heard any noise, even though our room was overlooking the street.
There are many stores nearby and the subway station. It's also a walking distance from Puerta de Alcala.
The rooms were clean and we appreciated the complementary bottles of water.
The staff at the reception and the bar are all great and helpful. I highly recommend the coffee there!

Great hotel, great location, great staff. I had an issue upon arrival and they helped me to iron things out very quickly. I enjoyed my stay. One thing I have to caution is that they don’t have an accurate way to keep track of what you use in the room. When I came down to check out, they told me that I drank more items than I did and I had to let them know that I didn’t. There was no issue, but there needs to be a way to keep track of what customers ate from the bar.

We traveled with a 2-year-old girl, and it was the best hotel decision. The entire hotel has the best team, and they have a crib for your baby and are very attentive; the food is delicious.

Fantastic hotel. Even the single room feels like a suite. Air conditioning on when you arrive. Bathrobe, slippers and fully stocked mini bar. I will be back.

This hotel is very well located, it is very pleasant, the staff is very attentive, and the rooms are very comfortable.
The breakfast is very complete and pleasant.
I had lunch at the restaurant, and it pleasantly surprised me. The food is very tasty and offers original proposals. Without a doubt, we will return.
The very kind and professional attention from the GEX manager Manuela was very pleasant. Everything was very good.
