Fantastic location, beautiful hotel, with great staff. The room did not have a working mini fridge and while the AC could be set to 19c, it was still very hot in the room. Staff didn't react at all when we mentioned it to them.

A USB-C charging port would be a good addition.
The breakfast is excellent, and it is available until 2:00 p.m. This is very convenient.
The best thing is the location. The hotel is on the best part of Gran Vía, so it is very easy to visit the city.
For Uber, pick up point is usually the corner of Víctor Hugo Street. For airport transfers (with luggage), it is more convenient to choose the taxi meeting point on Calle de la Reina. It is behind the hotel, parallel to Gran Vía. This makes pickup and drop-off easier.

We always in Madrid try to use The Mint, specially a junior suite to have the best things we need.

A wonderful surprise for a last-minute booking! The location on Gran Vía is perfect, and the room was incredibly cozy, featuring a spacious bathroom and a fantastic, comfortable bed with great linens. While our second-floor room didn't get much natural light (it faced the inner patio), this actually worked to our advantage by keeping the room cool during the extreme outside heat. Don't miss the fantastic rooftop terrace!
