Some great days thanks to the rest.

Some great days in Madrid and thanks to the hotel for the magnificent rest. The beds are the most comfortable I have tried in hotels, I haven't missed resting in my own bed. Even the sofa bed where the children slept was especially comfortable. The soundproofing of the rooms is very good, you couldn't hear anything at all. The breakfast buffet is very varied, it is clean and well organized. They find you a table when you arrive, which makes good use of the tables and makes the rotation of customers comfortable and makes dynamic access possible during rush hour. There is a variety of fruits, meats, veggie options,
The staff is very friendly at all times, both at reception, in the dining room (waiters) or room (housekeepers) and at the pool...
The access to the parking lot if you bring a car is in a different area from the reception entrance. In the entrance area there is a comfortable space for pickup services to arrive (Uber, taxis, Cabify or transfers)
Very close by there is a bus stop that takes you to the city center in approximately half an hour.
Also, there is life in the area, so you can find restaurants and various little shops.

Simple, comfortable hotel with excellent staff

The hotel is simple and decent: clean, with standard rooms and bathrooms, nothing especially noteworthy, but they serve their purpose perfectly. Do not expect great luxuries or anything extraordinary.
The best part, without a doubt, is the staff, who were very attentive and kind at all times. In addition, they have a restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner, and it is quite good. Breakfast is included depending on the type of reservation.
A very practical point is that you can leave your suitcases in storage for a few days if you are going to continue your trip.
Watch out: it is not the hotel that is next to Las Ventas. The name can be confusing, so it is worth checking it carefully when making the reservation.

SEF was coming around 7:00+... it would be good to come from the start to have fried eggs also.

Great room and nice beds! Very clean hotel.
Only downside was the pool, too small soo it got crowded with people very easy.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Bar, pool, gym. Definitely booking again. I did miss having a proper room service 24/7, but there were some small options available after hours like chips and local cold meats.
