Worst hotel of 8 during the trip
Old hotel, good room, cool bathroom with two cubes, good bedding, excellent location, close to Gran Via and sights on foot. Morning coffee bad in quality and variety, worst of the trip (I went through 7 hotels in Europe). The hotel does not offer any amenities or water. Rude employees, the waitress knocked on the door at 12am (in a moment when I returned to the hotel quickly, I had been out all morning) and asked me if he wanted me to clean the room, I replied that yes and he replied that I had to leave the room. I never went through this and found it weird. The reception also found me rude and rude.

They did not any respect to the guests
It was no so clean in the room, I have made a compliant and wating from 1.30 pm till 3.30 pm to clean our room. The staf were no so acceptable about our complaint.
