Great location
We really enjoyed the central location in a side street of the Gran Via, very convenient to visit the city in a few days.
The property is accessed with a pin code provided via the web. There is no reception but the customer service was very quick to solve a small problem with the access pin.
The room was not ready when we arrived, but they still made us leave our luggage in the hostel which is a short walk from the property, which has a reception.
We really enjoyed the central heating, the hairdryer and the change of towels and daily bed linen.
The only negative note is the dated fixtures from which many noises came from outside.

Central , but not soundproof
A very central place, quite clean but do not have any soundproofing. We listen to music and noise all night. When lis arrived from the next room we heard them as if they were in ours too.
The bathroom was missing a wing in the shower and flooded when showering.

Clean and Good Location
No front desk at all - you get an access code via WhatsApp. And as such, no front desk. You could walk right by - it looks like local apartments; which I’m sure it was before conversion.
Rooms are basic and clean, and offer good value.
Honestly for our one night in Madrid en route elsewhere, it offered good value for the location. (And as it’s juts off the Main Street, was quiet.)

Inmejorable en cuanto a calidad precio el baño muy bonito y todo muy organizado.
ubicación excelente y a pesar de que no se muestran muchas fotos al llegar uno se siente realmente bien.
