The hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city and travel to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a little on the small side, but that didn’t bother me at all. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Not recommended

We do not recommend this hotel. We found most staff rude and unhelpful on a number of occasions. One member of staff was very argumentative when we raised a concern that they served cold coffee in the lounge area. We were told to heat it up in a microwave and be happy because ‘it was free.’ The coffee was cold on both nights which indicates that this was not a ‘one off.’
The rooms were adequate but not well cleaned. We have travelled extensively and found this hotel to be substandard.
