Total lack of disorganization
Upon arrival, we were not provided with the code to open the box with the key. After numerous calls to the Help Desk, we had to wait more than two hours before receiving a solution, between conflicting information and broken promises. Meanwhile, I was sick, with fever, forced to wait in the hallway without any help.
When we finally got inside, we found cockroaches in the apartment, a detail that speaks for itself about the level of cleanliness and care of the place.
Due to the problems during check-in, we had to cancel already paid reservations, with consequent economic losses.
We reported the problem by requesting minimal attention or a gesture of courtesy, but the message was simply read and ignored. No answer, no apology.
On the last day, we were asked to vacate the accommodation before 11:00, with the threat of withholding bail, without any consideration for the serious inconvenience suffered on arrival.
Working in the hospitality sector as well, I consider this behaviour unacceptable and a lack of respect for customers.
I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone: in Madrid there are many alternatives much more reliable, cleaner and professional.

Terrible.
At check-in we were not provided with the code to open the safety box and collect the keys. We tried several times to contact the emergency number, but we were waiting for a long time and only after about an hour we were able to receive assistance. We were informed that someone would arrive no earlier than another hour and we therefore had to wait almost two hours in the corridor on the ground without being able to access the accommodation, we also had an important appointment at 20:00, but not having been able to access we had to give up at our own expense.
We reported the inconvenience and asked for a small refund for the inconvenience, but we did not receive a response, the staff preferred to leave a simple displayed, which is inconceivable for those like me who work in the customer service.
Also, at check-out we were reminded that any delays would result in the withholding of the deposit (40€ per person, for a total of 200€), which we found inflexible considering the initial situation.
In addition to the poor management and total lack of professionalism, we found cockroaches in the apartment, a clear sign of poor cleaning.
In short, the position can also be advantageous, but having knowledge in the field I believe that attention and understanding towards the needs of the customer must always be first, especially in situations like this. With more empathetic management and more timely reporting, the experience would have been decent to say the least.

Locked out of electronic doors to apartment
The MitHouse App would not open my apartment and stated on the App that I had 'left'. The emergency staff only spoke Spanish and hadn't a clue what to do. Telling us that an emergency person would call.
I found a Spanish person to take over the call for me, my Spanish person noticed a little key lock next to the door. The MitHouse person said there are no keys stored in the locks. My Spanish friend insisted on obtaining any numbers they may have. Eventually the MitHouse emergency woman gave my Spanish friend a 4 digit number that allowed us to get the key out of the key locker.
What an absolute shamble load of crap.
I've gone into detail for other travellers to avoid this place. Grta place where there is actually real humans who you can communicate with face to face.
It's too easy for remote concierge or emergency helpers tk shrug thier shoulders and say NADA.
For older people, or people with kids of health issues, you really do not need this crap of being locked out of your apartment.
Good location though
