Loved this location. It was the perfect spot to explore the beauty of Madrid. Clean and the staff were friendly. Thankfully there was someone at the front desk when I got there to check in.

Pleasant surprise... Excellent location, right in front of the metro station and close to everything. Viviana at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming...

This apartment is in a great, central location and the pictures seemed accurate. However, while everything seems fine on the surface, there are minor issues when you dig a bit deeper. For example, the faucet looked fine, but was not fully attached to the sink and had a 60 degree swing back and forth, the wood floor was not installed correctly and had gaps between the planks, the light in the lower bathroom constantly flashed. Additionally, the water heater is for your apartment only and the hot water would run out if we all showered at the same time. Lastly, as others have mentioned, the lack of a door on the upstairs bathroom, which is open to the entire upstairs is far from ideal when you are staying with 3 other people.

Overall, this was a comfortable stay. I would have rated it a 5-star, had it not been that one of the apartment rooms we reserved (on 4th floor) had an AWEFUL smell & they couldn’t accommodate us in a different room.

The apartment was exactly as described and met our every need. The beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed (according to the kids). It was lovely to have a kitchen for breakfast and snacks. There was a grocery store on either side of the apartments which made for easy shopping. The location was fantastic—easy walk to the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real and in a fun neighborhood. Our apartment looked out over the plaza which was so fun to watch regular Madrileños living life. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
