Amazing Kids Friendly Hotel

I visited during the summer with my two kids, and we had a wonderful stay at Novotel Madrid Center. As a solo parent traveling with my children, feeling safe was very important to me, and we felt extremely comfortable and secure throughout our stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. My kids and I absolutely loved it. The hotel amenities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also lovely, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Madrid!

Definitely stay here for a central Madrid hotel

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Girls trip to celebrate a special birthday and we enjoyed the pool facilities and surprised and delighted with early check in which was greatly appreciated. We added on breakfast that was amazing on check in but a special mention to Yuri on concierge for his local knowledge and information and booking taxis, recommendations for local restaurants and then booking them for us.

Solid family mid-range hotel in Madrid. Located within short walking distance from many sights. We loved the convenience and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof deck pool and bar were fun as well.

Great hotel. Convenient location for the metro and a short journey into the centre or you can walk it in 40 mins. Right near Retrio Park. Lovely, modern room. Lots of choice for breakfast. Best bit is the roof top bar and pool. Really nice space to chill out, cool down and relax. The food served up there was also good quality.

Beautiful hotel, great location, close to metro station, rooftop bar and swimming pool. The room was really nice, the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay
