Hood property, not a hotel but a good choice, clean and spacious. Many restaurants around the area, and a very close Metro station which makes transportation easy. Will definetly stay again.

Noisy fridge a few steps from your bed, you cannot unplug it so sleep isn't particularly smooth, top it up with LED lighting only and in my case a rather dark room with no direct sunlight ever. Pure missery...

Terrible experience

Extremely disappointing experience with Numa.
Canceling a confirmed reservation creates a significant problem for any traveler, but the most concerning part is that the refund can take up to 25 days. It is hard to understand how a company can hold onto a customer's money for weeks after unilaterally canceling the service.
These types of situations completely affect the trust and peace of mind of the trip. I expected much more professionalism and responsibility.
I definitely would not book with them again.
