Very nice hotel, modern, clean and very helpful front desk employees! One even helped me make train reservations!
The rooftop pool allowed us to cool off and relax after a day of site-seeing. Great location right across the square from the opera house.

Great hotel!

We were very well received. The room was quite spacious and well appointed. The rooftop area with shallow pool was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The reception staff was extremely helpful. I strongly recommended this hotel.

BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!

We LOVED our stay here! The photos of the rooms do NOT do it justice! We got the Superior Terrace room, which came with it's own beer keg that they refilled when it emptied. The private patio is massive and although the neighbors' windows can look into it, I never felt like there were nosy neighbors. The staff was very sweet, although we barely used the amenities, since we were out and about so much. The pool was very small and the first time we went it was already closed, as it was after 8pm. But the location was also a huge win. Close to everything but far enough away that it's not loud at night or early morning. Would DEFINITELY come here again!!

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The rooftop pool, although small, was great and such a bonus to have. Towels are provided and although there was no actual bar on the roof, you could scan a QR code from your lounger and drinks could be ordered and brought to you. The room was modern, well equipped and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I’d absolutely return to this hotel if I was to visit Madrid again.

Modern and cozy!

Very pleasant, clean and quiet hotel, with good taste and perfect location. Wonderful treatment. And to mention something to improve or that we expected to be different, it is that the pool is tiny, smaller than it appears in the photos although the corner is beautiful. We will return.
