The location of this hotel is almost perfect, you are close to all the amazing bars, restaurants in Recoletos, Salamanca; you’re right next to Parque Retiro; you can easily walk to the old town (Sol, Plaza Santa Ana), you’re right next to the top museums; and the street behind the hotel has incredible tapa spots, steak houses and great vibes! Best of all? The street is quiet, safe and very decent in the evening so you can sleep really well. The staff are lovely, very helpful, kind and the rooms are clean, decent and sufficient (assuming you’re in Madrid to go out and see the city instead of sitting home to watch TV!).

Good hotel with convenient location to several nice areas in Madrid as well as public transport. Rooms were conveniently planned and clean but as our room was located at the ground floor we had to keep the curtains closed which made the room feel very dark. Aside from that we were very happy with our stay.

Quiet hotel, near Retiro Park. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything was as expected. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Design, location and a very fresh air
My stay at the One Shot Recoletos was a very pleasant surprise. It is one of those hotels that, as soon as you enter, convey that everything is thought out with intention: clean lines, manicured spaces and a modern style that does not try to impress, but works well.
The location is certainly one of its great strengths. You are a short walk from Recoletos, Castellana, Retiro and some of the best places to walk or eat in Madrid. Perfect whether you’re going for work or want to get around the city without hassle.
The design of the hotel is another success. Minimalist, elegant and with that artistic touch that characterizes the chain. Nothing overloaded, nothing out of place. Nice to be in a place that looks good and feels good.
It is also a relatively new or very well maintained hotel. Clean rooms, impeccable bathrooms and that feeling of freshness that you don’t always find in hotels of similar category in Madrid.
If I had to put a but on it, I would say that some services could be a little more complete to round off the experience, but nothing that mars the stay.
In short, a modern, comfortable and very well located hotel, ideal to enjoy Madrid without complications.

Expensive what is
Room 201, which is.a suite.mayor, very noisy next to the central wooden staircase of the hotel.
Since the 201 is facing the street, it should also have a better acoustic seal. Sometimes, in the early morning, when we woke up we were disturbed by outside noises in the room.
Breakfast has no variation, being quite limited.
So if you are more than 02 days, think about whether to include breakfast in the daily, because there are great places in the surroundings, where you can eat.
The place where you have breakfast also does not have access without a staircase, being a problem for people with difficulties.
At the hotel reception we usually only found one attendant, which was a pro lea because we had to wait for us to be taken care of.
In summary, we found.caro pro service and structure provided.
What pays off is the location
