Excellent location, comfortable stay.
With the family we stayed 3 nights in suite. The room on 2 floors is large with a spiral staircase, table and 4 comfortable chairs. A bathroom without didet on the ground floor and one upstairs, without door, with toilet, style bath and large shower, always missing the bidet.
Unfortunately lacking in maintenance everything, paint that comes off, mold in the parts in contact with water, definitely to be improved. No problem with using the bathrooms and shower.
There is a false ceiling to access the bathroom that for a person of 190 cm (I) is low, you touch with your head. Ditto for the use of the 2 sinks in the bathroom, personally I hit my head on the ceiling light and I had to stoop for every turn on in the bathroom ..
Excellent quality of sleep upstairs with comfortable King size bed, less in the sofa bed on the ground floor, which is not comfortable. No noise detected overnight, great.
The area is really excellent, in the center a few steps from the fashion street of Madrid, present all the most famous brands.
We did not test breakfast, present coffee machine (good) and flavored water, included in the stay.
Staff at reception friendly and helpful, good room cleaning.
Overall a good stay that I recommend to all families, especially for the excellent location.

Ci scusiamo sinceramente per i problemi di manutenzione e per gli inconvenienti nel bagno e nei locali con soffitto basso; comprendiamo quanto questo possa risultare scomodo, soprattutto per persone di statura elevata. Le assicuro che trasmetteremo immediatamente le sue osservazioni al nostro team di manutenzione e alla direzione, e che valuteremo gli interventi necessari per migliorare vernice, infiltrazioni e rifiniture nelle suite tipo duplex. In futuro, qualora ci avesse segnalato le difficoltà durante il soggiorno, i nostri colleghi in reception avrebbero potuto proporle soluzioni alternative tra le diverse tipologie di camere disponibili.
Prendiamo anche nota del disagio causato dal divano letto e dall’assenza del bidet; il suo feedback è prezioso per le priorità di aggiornamento che pianifichiamo per offrire un’esperienza sempre più confortevole nel nostro hotel moderno d’ispirazione newyorkese, in Calle Marqués de Villamagna vicino al Paseo de la Castellana.
Marco, speriamo di poterla ospitare nuovamente per mostrarle i miglioramenti e trovare la sistemazione più adatta alle esigenze della sua famiglia.

Stay of 10! Excellent value for money and unbeatable location.
We stayed here for one night and the experience exceeded our expectations. We took advantage of a deal, so the price in relation to the quality was also a 10. Additionally, they perfectly fulfilled all our prior requests: they prepared a quadruple room with separate beds and stored our luggage without any issues both before check-in and after check-out. The room was spotless, very clean, and comfortable. As a constructive suggestion, the bathroom door was made of glass and we would have preferred it to be a bit more opaque for a little more privacy, but it is just a minor detail. Other than that, everything was excellent. The breakfast deserves a 10, very complete and delicious. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, also a 10. Moreover, the location is fantastic; it is close to everything: the train station, the subway, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Without a doubt, we felt very comfortable and would return.
