Clean room. Friendly staff. Prices for lunch and dinner in the cafeteria are very reasonable. Not difficult to reach airport and chamartin station by bus or train.

Clean room, kitchenette with plates, cutlery, microwave and stove & fridge. Nice spacious room and walking distance to los trenes cercanias. I also liked that the breakfast was included. I didn't get to use the gym, but there is one and it looks good with basic and useful equipment. Staff are friend and Jessica was super helpful and sweet. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very warm

Everything was very pleasurable, like the service, the room and even the prices.
Very good food, facilities of the residence and even very friendly students.
We really liked it and hope to return soon!

Accompanying a child in Erasmus

I accompanied my son because Erasmus was starting.
I got a room in this residence.
Simply THE TOP!!!!
As room Excellent, almost new bathroom. Of course it is a residence, not a 5 star hotel, but spotless.
Breakfast includes 5 products to choose from: eggs, salami, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit, coffee, 3 types of croissants to choose from.... I think that's enough right??
The waiting staff, of a SPANISH sympathy that entices you to return.
The reception ditto and recommend everything that is required them... Just ask.
I came back speechless for the Welcoming.
I recommend this property.
When we return to visit my son, hoping for availability we will book again.
Price more than good.
Of course for those who do not have children in the residence it is far from the center of Madrid. (20 minutes by train)

Excellent stay

We have stopped a great stay. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was also included and communications with Madrid center are very good. We had to leave before the end of the booking for family reasons and were very friendly with the management. We'll be back for sure. Thank you.
