Fantastic hotel!

From start to finish, my friend and I were very impressed with everything this hotel has to offer. The staff were all polite and very helpful. The food served at breakfast was delicious. The hotel is run very well and kept spotlessly clean, with fast lifts to access the breath-taking panoramic views from the cafe at the top, and the handy pool.
I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience

Great hotel, great location on Gran Via street with a lot of restaurants, bars, etc…Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and big enough. Great breakfast with a lot of different food. There is a rooftop bar with wonderful view. We recommend a visit.

A short break in Madrid

We spent four nights at the RIU in central Madrid. It is a large and well-equipped hotel. Staff provided excellent service in all aspects of our stay. It is a very busy hotel and this is particularly noticeable at breakfast, but the catering team is well organised and we were always seated quickly. Breakfast is plentiful and wide-ranging. Rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Overall, we felt that it offered good service in an ideal setting to discover the attractions of Madrid.

Best hotel I've stayed in for a long time

We stayed for 5 nights lovely hotel very spacious beds very comfortable plenty of shampoo conditioner shower gel and body lotion

Excellent

Amazing hotel, couldn’t ask for more really! Breakfast was amazing, literally anything you could want was there and the service was great. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The only point of improvement could be a larger pool, it’s tiny and for the size of the hotel in August at 38 degrees it’s no way big enough. However I would definitely come back.
