This is an EXCELLENT hostel and my private room was perfect for my needs. The design / decor of the room was really fun, with lots of thoughtful details, and the room had 2 floor to ceiling windows with small balconies overlooking the street. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and I was able to use the hostel's microwave to prepare my breakfast. The location in the Chueca neighborhood is great, about a 3-minute walk to one Metro line and an 8-minute walk to a different Metro line. It's a really fun area and I highly recommend the Mad Mad Vegan restaurant around the corner. This is a wonderful and reasonably priced to stay in Madrid. Enjoy!

Customer experience/modern/pretty/safe
Central location for sightseeing in central Madrid and other points of interest.
The facilities contain the 3B (good, nice, cheap) but I would add: Modern with its own personality in decoration and great experience in guest service by the counter/helpdesk guys 24/7.
Care is excellent from customer service representatives (like Candy, Caesar and a new guy who was starting to work there)
, the counter guys are ready to support you in case you have any requirements that are available to handle to make your hotel experience optimal.
I would definitely return to this hostel in the future on my way through Madrid. 5

It was beautiful but I think the lock system is bit weak, they can add some more reliable locks for the Cupboards.

Great hostel in the chueca district
Excellent value for money. Very nice and clean industry style hostel. The plus is the location: in the heart of the chueca district very central and convenient for visiting Madrid. No full score for the inconvenience of the mattress and pillows

The location is convenient.
The staff are friendly
I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice.
However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet.
I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement.
If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.
