Nice hotel close to the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle will only pick you up after 3pm which was a little frustrating to learn when we arrived at the airport at 9am. Our room was clean and had a decent amouy of space for 3 people. Very quiet. The outdoor pool is quite nice and they have an extensive breakfast buffet.

Disappointing and very dated
Unfortunately, this hotel was not what we expected from a four-star property.
The whole place feels extremely dated — in parts it genuinely feels like stepping back into 1978. There were unpleasant smells in areas of the hotel, and some sections appeared to be mothballed and no longer in use, which added to the overall tired and neglected feeling.
We were particularly disappointed by the outside areas, which were very dirty and in need of some serious attention. The hotel generally feels as though it is overdue for significant refurbishment and investment.
There are positives. The location is very convenient for Madrid Airport, there are several good bars and places to eat within easy walking distance, and the price we paid was reasonable.
However, even taking the price into account, this really wasn’t what we expected. The hotel may once have justified its four-star rating, but based on our experience, it certainly doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel today.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- STAY AWAY!
When we arrived and asked about tours from the hotel, they said we shouldn’t stay at this hotel because all the tourists leave from the center of town, so we were just gonna stay here one night instead of five and move to the center of town, they said we needed to contact their central office, I did that, and the central office said to contact booking, when I called booking booking, said OK I sent the request to the hotel and you can call them back. So I called back the main office and they said no we can’t make the modification mind. We were planning to stay here one night since we’re already here we weren’t canceling the whole reservation.. and we were gonna make the reservations for our tours on Tripadvisor.

The hotel is located close to the airport. The shuttle from the airport was really convenient and the ride back to the airport is cheap. The hotel itself could use a little bit of an upgrade, but the room was clean and staff was helpful.

This is my go to hotel in Madrid. Excellent place, shuttle to airport is large so it’s not hard to get a spot. Very convenient since it has several places to eat right inside the hotel. Beautiful rooms.
