Really unacceptable in 2026 in the center of a Capital
We were handed the room with the bathroom in deplorable condition: part of the ceiling was missing, with the boiler exposed and the risk that something could fall right above the toilet. In addition, the lamp had been torn, with cables dangling over the mirror of the sink.
We sent a video, incredulous, asking for a change of room and they replied that they were fully booked and that they would send a technician to fix the problem. However, the only thing he did was apply a thin piece of plastic to the large hole in the ceiling, without even bothering to repair the lamp and hide the cables from any splashing water from the sink.
We sent a video again and received only an apology, but no solution, no explanation about the state of the room or any alternative.

Room with lamp started and bathroom without part of the ceiling
We were given the room with bathroom in a sorry state: without a part of the ceiling, with the boiler in sight and with the risk of falling something just above the toilet bowl. And with the lamp torn off, with the wires hanging over the sink mirror. We sent an astonished video asking for room change and they replied that they were complete and that they would send a technician to fix it. When we returned we found with astonishment that all he had done was put a plastic in the huge hole and he did not even bother to repair the lamp. We sent back video and only received apologies, but no solutions: no change of rooms (they were complete), no explanations about why the room was like this, no compensation or alternative. Nothing.

We wouldn't come back.
From the stay at the bridge orchards, the only thing I can say good is its location. Very central.
What is the hotel, is an old building where a house has divided it into rooms, normal size.
We have not slept well any night.The horrible mattress, your whole body hurts, very old and of the worst quality. You sleep together.
They put a pillow just as bad as the thin mattress as a cardstock, your neck hurts how thin and old it is. They don't put a cushion if you want to read, nor a second pillow.. fatal! We didn't sleep well at all.
Small and old television, some channels are not in Spanish.
They could already put at least one smart TV, if you want to watch a movie at night on your platforms. The heating doesn't work, it looks like it's for decoration.
Paper walls like the pillow you hear everything.
We wouldn't come back.

Close to the nightlife
Room not large but equipped with the essentials. Too bad about a stale smell coming from a cavedio. To enter you have different codes for door in the street, door to the floor and door room. One day the code for the acmera did not work and assistance was fast enough always by telematic means. The strong point is that it is very close to the center and a few steps from the unmissable Santa Ana placa.

The worst nights of my life
Worst customer service: we started without air conditioning for one night and in the second after much asking for them one arrived. On the third night we arrived to get our water and food from the fridge and they took it, cleaned the fridge and without warning threw away our food in excellent condition and that of other guests without first warning. “They dumped my 6 beers!, salmon, cheese, water.” For me this is theft but for them it is that they do not take care of what you leave in the fridge, why they can throw everything at any time, that is to say they offer a service but they do not ensure that they throw it at you.
Finally I was offered a 20% discount per night, and no one has contacted me yet. We got robbed again. This offer was approximately 48 hours ago.
Please don't fall into this trap
Additional note: the bathroom had mold, the walls were dirty. Of the rest...if you do not need help in your accommodation or if you do not overwhelm the heat of 40 degrees in a closed room...this is the place.
