Great location, new and cozy property

The property is located in an unrenovated building. It can be reached by elevator between the second and third floors. It is accessed with card or code. Upon opening it appears a totally renovated and modern environment with all the necessary amenities. Small reception but not always manned. At any time the staff responds to you on whatsapp. In the corridor coffee / milk machine with qr code while in the room one heats water with bags for you or chamomile included. The rooms are new with very comfortable beds. At the head read the USB sockets to charge the phone. Light creates different atmospheres. It's perfect. The temperature can also be managed with an air conditioner in addition to normal heating. Smart TV with Netflix included is a plus. New bathroom with shower (do not expect bidet). Shower towels of excellent consistency. safe, wardrobe and desk completed the decor. The location is great central to the grand street. Nothing is missing-

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Everything was excellent. The location is perfect and centrally located.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and in a great central location, close to everything. Check-in was easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a good stay in the area. Staff are very communicative via whatapp throughout my stay which is awesome. Great location. Walkable distance to bars, tourism places, metro station and restarurants. Room is small but got everything I needed. Hotel also provides fresh water. Room service is great.

we stayed three nights:
Pros:nice bed, clean new rooms with amenities, very convenient, nice staff
Cons: rm 5 needs light blocking curtains, detergent smell was strong
WOOHOO Rooms are Rooms, not a hotel but they are nice renovated modern rooms.
If you blink, you will miss the building so look for '21'.
