Very nice hotel
Very pleasantly surprised how trendy and welcome this hotel was.
The bedroom was quite stunning with a very comfortable bed and it was extremely clean. As was the bathroom.
The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. It was constantly replenished.
Staff were very friendly and the only drawback was that the shuttle was only available morning and evening. However the uber was not overly expensive.

Nice hotel close to airport
Came to Madrid to the BTS concert and stayed at this hotel
Hotel and rooms very clean
Breakfast was ok
Hotel very close to the airport about 5 mins in a taxi
And about 10mins to the stadium by taxi
Centre of Madrid is about 20-25 mins away by taxi ( Ubers good prices )
Would definitely stay here again if coming to a concert or football match

Unconfortable hotel
The only good is that is les than 10 min away of the airport.
Air conditioning very poor, the rooma was at 30° and only drop up to 24° in 2 hours.
The worse was the mattress, terrible, I never slept in a mattress like this, irregular and extra damaged, looks like the hotel is purchasing 2nd hand matress, hab 530 for your information.

Poor experience, bad night
The experience was very poor. Fortunately, it was only for one night. There was no way to adjust the air conditioning; given the heatwaves, the room was like an oven, making it impossible to sleep at night. Generally, there was no hot water—only lukewarm—which made showering unpleasant. The room we were given bore no resemblance to the photo they had published. The bathroom sink was located inside the sleeping area, right next to the bed rather than in the bathroom itself, and shared the same light switch. We stayed there twice during this trip—once upon arrival and again on our return—and the difference between the stays was stark. The first time, we booked a room with breakfast; the second time, we didn't, because our flight was leaving very early.
I hate to think that the room quality depends so heavily on whether or not you include breakfast.
Unfortunately, I do not plan to return or even recommend this hotel.

Concerning the room layout, we would like to clarify that our hotel is located in a building that was originally designed as an office building and was later transformed into a hotel. Therefore, certain structural elements of the original building, such as the positioning of some bathrooms or columns, had to be integrated into the design and decoration of the rooms. Our aim has been to create a modern, functional and comfortable atmosphere while respecting the existing structure.
We would also like to reassure you that room allocation and quality are never linked to whether or not a guest books breakfast. All our guests receive the same level of attention and service, regardless of the services included in their reservation. We are sorry that your two stays gave you a different impression.
