Fantastic Stay 10/10

What a fabulous hotel from the moment we arrived we were so warmly welcomed. Our first visit to stay in Malaga and first impressions excellent! So helpful and informative. Our room was a superior room with views across to the market, room spotlessly clean the most comfortable bed, air conditioning was fab it was definitely needed during the heat! Great shower and was brilliant having a little fridge and kettle etc in the room. Bar was lovely for a few drinks and the bar tender was super nice. He had visited Dundee not to far from where we stay in Scotland - drinks and complimentary snacks and so reasonable. We had breakfast and was really impressed by the selection available and they offer a packed breafkast for days out or early airport runs. The location directly opposite the market was ideal so handy for exploring the beautiful city. I thought it would possible be noisy as our room was on the front street but we didnt hear a single thing. Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. My fiance has already booked to take me back for my birthday later in the year.

Cute hotel at the gates of the historic center

Very cute hotel, consider that it is a 3-star but truly with high standards. Very kind staff, comfortable superior rooms with very large bathrooms, nice bar service and breakfast absolutely rich in everything. An excellent value for money, it is practically in the center in front of the Atarazanas market, top location! I will definitely return

- VERY RUDE reception. Check-in took 1 hour (after a long trip with kids)! Refused to store my luggage, threatened to call the police when my children and I were late with check out (first time in my life I experienced it in a hotel!)
- TINY rooms
- Inconvenient beds and not fresh sheets
- 1 tea bag in a room for 3 people
- Overpriced breakfast in a tiny lobby right near reception
- Bus stop and a street light right in front of the hotel and it's extremely NOISY all night. You can hear the driver announcements and every motorbike in your room.
We stay in different hotels from simple to premium ones and appreciate the diversity. This hotel was THE WORST in my life. This is not enough to call yourself a boutique hotel, built a nice lobby and just stay mediocre poor service 2* hostel.

Excellent location, super friendly staff at check in and immaculately clean hotel. Room was small but perfect for the city, we were out most of the time, cleaned daily and the entire hotel smells super clean and fresh. I’d stay here again

Almost everything is fine, although I don't know the quality of breakfast because I didn't eat it.
